After graduating college, Dr. Gorski moved to Argentina to work at a wildlife rehabilitation facility. She lived in Argentina for 4 years, both helping to rehabilitate wild animals and working as a veterinary assistant at a local vet clinic, before returning to Minnesota to begin veterinary school. Dr. Gorski received her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from the University of Minnesota in 2014.

She has also volunteered at many dog sled races, providing pre-race health checks and being on call for veterinary services as needed. Dani continues to work with local shelters and rescue groups to provide veterinary care and advice and to help animals in need.

Dani lives in Lake Forest with her husband Robert, her daughter Charlotte, her son Elijah, and their two rescue mutts Milanesa and Ernesta. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, and just enjoying the beautiful SoCal weather and being outdoors as much as possible. Dr. Gorski cares immensely about the well-being of all of her patients. She looks forward to creating lasting relationships with both you and your beloved pets and helping you care for them with kindness and compassion
